What exactly am I buying?

A genuine QuickBooks Desktop licence, delivered electronically: an activation code, a product number and the official Intuit download link. It is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and nothing renews.

When does my order become binding?

All orders are subject to acceptance. Payment is taken through Stripe or PayPal, and the contract forms when we accept the order and issue your licence. If we cannot fulfil it, you are refunded in full.

What if I mistype my email address?

Accepted Answer

The licence goes to the address on the order, so a wrong address means a delivery you never see. Write to support@finotax.shop with your order number and we will re-send it to the correct address.

Question 4

Can I install the licence on more than one computer?

Use is governed by Intuit's own licence terms for the edition you bought. The seat count you purchased — 1, 2, 3 users and so on — is what determines how many people can work in the file at once.

Question 5

How do refunds work under these terms?

Accepted Answer

Section 5 hands that to the Refund Policy: 60 days, granted where the order is genuinely wrong, with evidence of the fault so we can fix it or refund you. A working key is not refunded on a change of mind.

Which law applies?

The laws of the jurisdiction in which FinoTax is established. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right your own local law gives you — where that law is more generous, it applies.
